In 2009 I purchased my first home as a foreclosure. I had my cousin come in and do the remodel before we moved in. After living in the home for a while I began remodeling again. Removed a recessed wall and made it flush, added track shelving through out the home, rearranged the kitchen, tore down the back splash and rebuilt, finished the laundry room adding cabinets, removing the old boiler, amongst many other things.
